The service
Digthis.club helps you discover music from the Discogs database. The Playlist Builder feature can connect to your YouTube account to create playlists of tracks we find. The service is provided free of charge as a personal project.
Your responsibilities
- You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Discogs' terms when using those integrations.
- You are responsible for the YouTube account you connect and for any playlists created through the service.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in ways that violate applicable law.
YouTube playlists
When you use Playlist Builder, playlists are created as public on your YouTube channel. Track selection is automated and based on available Discogs release data — we do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that you will like every track.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that Discogs or YouTube will always be available, or that generated playlists will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (which is zero for the free service).
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
